Designed to integrate with your system, the MP Linescanner solution from Fluke Process Instruments allows users to control their continuous moving processes, automate temperature measurements, gather data, ensure product quality and more.
The MP Linescanner Series is a family of infrared linescanners that deliver accurate, real-time thermal imaging for a range of moving industrial applications. With scan speeds up to 300Hz per line, it is one of the fastest linescanners in the business – providing more data for high-speed manufacturing processes. The MP Linescanner can collect up to 1024 data points per scan, within a 90° field of view, and each spot on the target surface is over sampled up to three times to provide complete coverage for your process – allowing you to detect hot spots, optimize performance and automate quality inspections.
The MP Linescanner can be used in standalone mode, connected to a single PC or integrated into a comprehensive process control system by using the DataTemp® DP Software. This industrial Windows® software package provides remote configurations of the imager and real-time process monitoring. The DataTemp® DP Software supports multiple product-specific configurations (recipes), text file alarm logging and fail-safe alarm logging, and features the ability to support multiple linescanners, real-time ambient temperature compensation/emissivity adjustments and more.
