With the ability to personalize your integration, the TV40 allows you to automate your process monitoring or control, product quality checks, and safety inspections. Feed data to your PLC, view and record infrared and visual feeds remotely, set alarms, and more with multiple performance and personalization options.


  • Independent, continuous, intermittent, and/or remote evaluation of temperature conditions so you can read temperature data whenever or wherever you need it
  • Customizable Areas of Interest with advanced pass/fail logic – allowing you to perform product inspections, monitor process temperature and more all at once
  • Automated data recording and archiving to assist with data comparisons for benchmark and process review
  • Simultaneous infrared and visible sighting (IR-Fusion®) for easy alignment and the ability to quickly locate potential problems
  • Standard I/O modules, GigE Vision, and other direct communication protocols for easy integration into your existing control system
  • Temperature Reading Range: -10°C to 1200°C (14°F to 2192°F)
  • Accuracy ± 2°C or ± 2% of reading
  • IP67 (NEMA 4) housing for long-term thermal imaging in the harshest environments
  • Ambient temperature rated up to 200°C (392°F) with additional accessories
